We first came across Tom and Shirley via their YouTube channel, which cast them as the go-to agents for Clermont and surrounding areas. As buyers from outside Central Florida, we were looking for someone to help us find a niche home: a property in the Orlando area where we could store our RV motorhome. As we canvassed one end of Lake County to the other in our search, Tom and Shirley were always there for us with experienced guidance, elite knowlege, and heartfelt concern. Although we succeeded in finding the ideal home, we encountered some challenges (not of our making) in closing on the property.
