During the process of looking for our home, Tom took the time to FaceTime us on various occasions while we were away in NY to show us different listings in the community we were interested in, and was the liaison between us and the builder’s sales team. He went out of his way to make sure he showed us exactly what we were looking for in terms of the elevation and layout of the home. Upon finding a home we loved, he helped refer a home inspector which was super meticulous and detail oriented. Tom also helped make sure some of the pending items or issues brought up by the inspector were rectified by the builder before the closing date. He met with the project manager and sales personnel to review any last minute requests and also did FaceTime during this time to help facilitate the process. Tom and Shirley also shared the same experience so they’re aware of the logistical and emotional complexities involved with such a big move. They were super welcoming and very friendly which helped make the process of looking for a home and moving to another state that much easier and pleasant. They were a delight to work with and we’d refer them 100 times over!

We first came across Tom and Shirley via their YouTube channel, which cast them as the go-to agents for Clermont and surrounding areas. As buyers from outside Central Florida, we were looking for someone to help us find a niche home: a property in the Orlando area where we could store our RV motorhome. As we canvassed one end of Lake County to the other in our search, Tom and Shirley were always there for us with experienced guidance, elite knowlege, and heartfelt concern. Although we succeeded in finding the ideal home, we encountered some challenges (not of our making) in closing on the property. Tom and Shirley were steadfast in guiding us through these obstacles, and demonstrated total poise and professionalism in bringing the transaction to conclusion. We are incredibly fortunate to have traveled on our real estate journey with Tom and Shirley, and we will always be grateful for having shared this chapter of our lives with them.

We loved working with Tom and Shirley. They helped us purchase a new home with ideas that we have not thought of in the past with other purchases. For instance, they advise us to use a professional contractor for inspections during the new home building process. This caught details that we would have missed, and would have cost much more money later after the home was built. Further, they gave great advice on where to buy, and options to consider when building the home. The paperwork was always ready as promised, and accurate the first time. I think the best review would be ....... would we use them again?.... Absolutely!!!
