We needed a quick sale on our house and Josh was able to get it done. The pictures he had taken are professional done which help draw buyers to come look. We would recommend Josh for selling and even buying a home. Great person.

From beginning to end of buying our house Josh was so polite, kind, and professional. He makes you feel at ease straight away and goes out of his way to answer all questions and get things done. He was very punctual and very easy to get a hold of. So nice to have a friendly person on the phone to talk to. He is very accessible. Josh helped us in many ways that were over and above by giving us pertinent information how to proceed forward. He really has his clients best interest at heart. We are just so grateful to Josh for making the process so easy and stress free.

Josh is very personable as well as informative and knowledgeable in all aspects of real-estate. I highly recommend Josh for your real-estate needs.

Melanie got my sale to go through in a very fast manner, while paying attention to detail and making sure all the blocks were checked, very satisfied

Mel was terrific from the start. We looked at several homes in the Continental Country Club. Made an offer that didn't get accepted. Finally w/ Mel's help we bought the one that was perfect. We paid cash, thirty days later we closed. I am a retired lender. I wish all realtors worked like Mel.

My experience with Melanie buying my first home in Florida was stress-free, she answered every question I had as ridiculous as a question was. I knew she was a good person when my mom wanted to adopt her, she handled everything for me as if she was family.
