We have used Tammy for two of our real estate transactions, and I wouldn't trust anybody else to handle my real estate affairs. Tammy and her team are excellent. I couldn't ask for better service. Great communication, and the photos make the house look absolutely beautiful. Photos make a big difference. I used other realtors in the past, and they use terrible photos, which does not work.

She even insisted we stay in the negotiation when we wanted to just be done thinking about the sale (and our loss). In doing so, not only did we receive more for dad’s land, but it was enough more to cover Tammy’s commission. If every realtor cared this much the world would be a better place.
