Selling family property can be emotional

Selling family property can be emotional. Especially after loved ones pass. Tammy handled the process for us beautifully, and ensured we received a fair price for my father’s lot. She even insisted we stay in the negotiation when we wanted to just be done thinking about the sale (and our loss). In doing so, not only did we receive more for dad’s land, but it was enough more to cover Tammy’s commission. If every realtor cared this much the world would be a better place.
