He guided me through the sale of my childhood home (an emotional experience for me) in a way that I did not experience any stress from the realty aspect of the situation. I was in Pennsylvania when I asked Joni to handle the sale of my condo and I remained up north throughout the process. In the end, she found a company to sell the furniture remaining in the unit (I would have sold it as a furnished unit, but the buyers had their own furniture). She made the process effortless.
