He was quick to answer all of our questions, and when he didn't know the answer he went out of his way to find out - often advising us away from pitfalls that would have been against our own best interest even if they may have increased his commission. When we faced time constraints, he offered to go to properties and do video walkthroughs for us so that we could get an honest view of what the property looked like without the flattering angles that listing agents often use. This saved us a lot of headaches, as taking the time to go and view properties only to find out they don't match your expectations is extremely frustrating.
