This woman, this fantastic real estate agent, helped me so much. I screwed up on transferring the deed. We had to go into probate for half of the house. It took from October until the middle of February to clear this up. She's stuck with me the whole time she helped me and stayed in contact with me constantly. She took care of a lot of stuff that I should have taken care of. I'm incredibly grateful for this woman's support. Without her, I would likely still be struggling and trying to figure things out myself. Thank you Donna

It was such a positive experience as Joanne made it so easy for me to understand the process of selling a house. She made herself available when I needed her to answer some questions. If I was uncomfortable about something relating to the sale of the house, she made it better by explaining in greater depth. She never lost impatience with me, especially since I have a severe hearing loss. Her demeanor and attitude towards people are pluses in her job. I am so grateful that I had her as my real estate agent for the second time around!
