Stacy was an amazing realtor! She has a vast knowledge of all things real estate and the areas in which she sells in. She knows the market and is very good at explaining things to people like myself who did not have a lot of knowledge on the subject. She backs up all of her advise with examples and she is always available to explain or discuss anything you might need help with. I was in NY while the house was on the market and she was always able to go beyond expectations to help out in any way she could. She was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs that you have.

Ann was great as my buyers agent. We found a place and I had no problem paying list price, but she showed me comps letting me know I should come in at a different number on my offer price, saving me quite a few thousand dollars! Very professional and always great to work with.

There were several external factors (market, disorganized HOA, oddball tenants in other units, to name a few) but Melissa was diligent in marketing the unit and working around them. The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable.
