Got property listed quickly including pics, very knowledgeable about the condo complex, very responsive giving feedback from realtors showing property and all other aspects of the sale. I was in the middle of a move during this process and Renee helped keep the stress level from being overwhelming by taking care of all the details efficiently.

Sarah made this absolute stressful time so easy to manage. She was the calm voice of reason through this entire process. I could not believe how fast properties were selling. We did not think we would ever get a home. But Sarah's, knowledge of the area and the market, kept reassuring us and all worked out well. I do not want to go through this process again, but if I do have to, I would only do it with Sarah !!
