Sahar has sold two properties for us in Florida - a condo in Palm Harbor a couple of years ago and now vacant land in Indian Rocks Beach. We live out of state and she handled both closings expertly. We were in total agreement with her in the negotiations on price and timing and when the buyers of the vacant land needed extra time to close the deal she negotiated with their agent so that we would not be out of pocket. Her help was invaluable in not only selling my dad’s condo but she also went above & beyond in her services in so many ways!
