I can’t even describe how wonderful Darleen was through the whole sale process! Her help was invaluable in not only selling my dad’s condo but she also went above & beyond in her services in so many ways! Darleen was amazing with my father & visited his assisted living facility so he didn’t need to go anywhere- she took care of everything. (Even took my dad for a haircut!) She was a godsend for a daughter who couldn’t physically be there. A POA was eventually needed (after the sale) & Darleen took care of that as well! I go in and do a renovation Staying in touch with her office so she knows the time frame when I complete a project. Listed my home with Darleen, she priced it right, had my home sold in two weeks for the list price, and she handled the closing work as she also has her own title company, a true professional, great to work with, She stays very current on all facets of the real estate market. After I sold my home I turned around and bought two more homes back to back, again with Darleen as my agent, I look forward to my next dealings with her.
