We were referred Karen by some friends, and from our very first conversation, she wanted to do more than just learn what we were looking for in a home. She advocated for us every step of the way no matter how big or small our concerns were or what time of day they came up. Knowing she was in our corner made an incredibly stressful process so much easier. I truly can't imagine there is a realtor more meticulous, passionate, or dedicated than Karen. If we ever decide to sell our home there is no question who we'll be calling. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us and we recommend her without hesitation.

Martha was a consummate professional from start to finish, she came in at our initial meeting and had very detailed market information from the neighboring comparable listings, and took the time to walk through our property to gave us fair and frank feedback on where she thought the pricing should be which allowed us to make informed decisions. For the listing she brought in a professional photographer who captured the property in the way it deserved, and she continuously communicated with my wife and I as to how the market was developing around us up to the point of listing and after as we had offers coming in. After we were under contract she communicated constantly with the buyer's realtor and us, we knew where we stood in the buyer's financing and inspection process, and it went smoothly up to the end. My wife and I felt comfortable throughout the whole time that we had someone looking out for our best interest but also being transparent and fair to all parties so we could get to closure as efficiently as possible. We could not recommend her enough!
