For the listing she brought in a professional photographer who captured the property in the way it deserved, and she continuously communicated with my wife and I as to how the market was developing around us up to the point of listing and after as we had offers coming in. After we were under contract she communicated constantly with the buyer's realtor and us, we knew where we stood in the buyer's financing and inspection process, and it went smoothly up to the end.
