Martha was a consummate professional from start to finish, she came in at our initial meeting and had very detailed market information from the neighboring comparable listings, and took the time to walk through our property to gave us fair and frank feedback on where she thought the pricing should be which allowed us to make informed decisions. For the listing she brought in a professional photographer who captured the property in the way it deserved, and she continuously communicated with my wife and I as to how the market was developing around us up to the point of listing and after as we had offers coming in.
