This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Daysi goes above and beyond her role as an agent. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Works tirelessly to seal the deal and is sure to put you in the home of your dreams.

Andrea accompanied me throughout the process, demonstrating great expertise and providing spectacular service. I highly recommend her

Gale was our agent when we moved to the area and we chose to hire her again when we decided to sell our property. Gale was always highly responsive throughout the entire process. Gale provided guidance on a variety of subjects and with her help we were able to maximize the sale price. Gale supported us with finding floor cleaners on short notice, staging the house, and photography and videos of the house for a high quality listing. We had already moved over an hour away, so it was great to have Gale local to show the house and be available for any urgent needs. The house was under contract within the first two weeks and closing went smoothly. We had a great experience working with Gale and recommend her to others!
