We were referred Karen by some friends, and from our very first conversation, she wanted to do more than just learn what we were looking for in a home. She made sure we felt informed, comfortable, and confident in every decision we made. We ended up running into some major issues with our builder and their sales representative, and Karen handled everything with incredible professionalism. She advocated for us every step of the way no matter how big or small our concerns were or what time of day they came up.
