I cannot speak highly enough about what an awesome real estate agent we were blessed to find in Jaybee Racaza-Benitez. She does not do huge volumes of listings so she can give so much attention to each seller’s needs. She gave us so much guidance and help in just getting our house ready to list before we even signed a contract with her. She has a wide array of contacts and resources (carpeting, roofing etc) that enabled us to get our house what it needed despite stiff competition for vendors in post Hurricane Pinellas. She staged our home for free, held frequent open houses, and tolerated countless questions from us nervous nellies. Then she did an outstanding job of negotiating a contract for us just ONE WEEK after listing. She was able to push for fast closing too. I have absolutely no doubt that if you reach out to Jaybee, whether seller or buyer, you will be very happy that you did. Thank you Jaybee for being there for us!

Live in Ohio and I was looking for a condo in Florida. Jaybee was recommended to me by a friend. She was excellent and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with and went far beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend her.

I am actually a real estate professional who decided to sell my own residential vacant lot that is located in a mixed density/transitional neighborhood. I first tried a FSBO combining the lot with the improved adjacent parcel but soon realized I had neither the time nor the sales tools and ability to market the property properly. My daughter told me about her friend who is knowledgable and a real "go getter". After talking to Jaybee I realized these traits to be true and decided to list with her. Bottom line, the property sold in 27 days for a great price! Jaybee has the marketing experience, tools, motivation and positive attitude to get the job done. I am so happy I chose Jaybee for my real estate needs. Thank you Jaybee!!
