Having such a strong and determined partner helped immensely. Her ability to quickly establish a price floor and negotiating tactics allowed us to get full value for the home, while mitigating unqualified offers and ridiculous requests for improvements. Even a few "cold feet" on behalf of potential buyers didn't discourager her from staying aggressive with a marketing strategy that ultimately found just the right buyer for the property. She was also, instrumental in locating our new home site, guiding us through the process and coordinated the transition from our home of 25 years to our retirement dream home. Her strong sense of accountability was clearly visible as the process unfolded, ensuring the multiple trades needed to make our old home sales ready. A strong effort from start to finish.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Nicole to find our forever home! She always made sure she.was available to answer any and all questions that we had and made sure she had our best interest at heart.
