Nathan is the best. We found a home that we loved and he negotiated a contract that was good for us and to ensure that we would get this home. Nathan is just a great person. Very easy to work with and he cares so much about what we wanted and how it would get done. Any time we had a question or issue he was just a text away. For us he is top shelf!

Nathan was our listing agent and got more than the asking price for us. It may not happen all the time, but it did for us. He is very professional, very communicative and took care of all our needs in every situation. We didn’t have to worry about anything. He took care of all the details . His negotiating skills are excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with him. And I will also say this, that our situation was difficult, we had one buyer, and it didn’t work out, a day after that person canceled, Nathan had another buyer and we had a contract that day.
