David Small was chosen because of his expertise in Lake Front properties. He did an outstanding job of setting the listing price and giving us ideas on how to set up our home for sale. He was very aggressive, in a pleasant and professional way and sold our home in about 40 days. Once we got past the impact COVID had on in-person tours, the property went under contract in a few months. When pre-closing issues arose — including meeting VA loan requirements regarding home inspection items to be corrected and closing out two [old] open permits where both contractors were deceased [!] — this is where Josh “shines”...
