They both were available 24/7 to discuss our needs, and were able to communicate technical and confusing industry terms in simple and straightforward ways that we could understand. They went out of their way to mediate on our behalf with multiple entities, to include the lender, insurance, inspectors, the seller agents and others, allowing us to have a single point of contact to reach out to whenever we needed anything related to our upcoming house.
