Our Realtor Jim Wallace deserves 10 stars! He was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the process of selling and finding a new home. We were looking for a home in the Trinity real estate market. We couldn’t find anything for months and Jim found us exactly what we were looking for. We hired Jim for his local knowledge and attention to detail. We appreciate the frequent communication Jim delivered. He let us know what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. He listened to our needs and budget and found us our dream home! It took a while with homes going quickly, but Jim was on top of it the whole time. He was great to work with and answered every question. We’ve been in our home a week and absolutely love it. I cannot say thank you enough times!

Valerie Padur is the Bomb!!! I would use her time and time again, and recommend her to all my friends and family. Valerie was very patient and knowledgeable. Always prepared for each showing with MLS sheets in hand. She answered all questions about the property, even came up with solitutions around certain situations. We probably saw about 8 houses before we found the ONE. Our first offer on the house was rejected and Valerie knew how much we wanted the house so after we discussed it, she made our counter offer and was accepted. We closed on September 26, 2022 Valerie informed us every step of the way of anything we needled to do, constantly offering help if needed. Valerie is not only my Realtor but now a life long friend.
