Nona was straight forward and we had the same valuation of the home in the beginning which was supported by comps. When the offers came in, Nona was able to distinguish between good and great offers. She was able to note an offer that would be highly successful in closing and at the price we were looking to sell. As a result, we took 1 offer to sell with the contract going through and closed on time. This was such a stress relief to sell and not worry about going though another pending sale situation. Terri found a winter rental property for one of my aunts who has now returned the last 3 years.
