He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in a house and only showed us houses that matched our search criteria. As first time homebuyers, we knew very little about the home buying process. Mark thoroughly explain the house buying process from start to finish. When we had questions, he ALWAYS picked up his phone or shot us a text message within minutes. He is a great negotiator and is highly respected by other Real Estate Agents. Other agents enjoy working with Mark which is important and helps to make the transaction go smoothly. I trust and highly recommend Mark and plan to referrer him to all my friends and family. JB was so patient and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. He was such a calm realtor, while I was a crazy home buyer. He helped me through a difficult process and was very kind and accommodating through the whole process. I called him too many times to count, and he always was so receptive and didn't make me feel like I was a pest (even though I really was). LOL This market is very trying for home buyer and realtor, alike. However, he never wavered in his professionalism.
