Christie did an amazing job. She knew all the pros & cons about my area. Since I was already out of town I was concerned. Christie did more than I asked. My house sold quickly thanks to her knowledge of the area. If I needed to sell another house, I would definitely choose Christie again

Lori really worked hard for her $$$! It took 11 months but finally closed on the sale of our condo. She has excellent marketing skills and used them all! The market really slowed down with the high interest rates and the buyer was able to assume our mortgage for 3.5%. She asked us to see if mortgage was assumable which we never heard of but it worked!!!!! Very professional with a great personality….thank you Lori Rutherford!!!
