I was a first time buyer who also works for a local contractor. I was on a hunt for the perfect starter home that needed a little TLC so I could really capitalize on my investment. Cheryl knew exactly what houses to show me and was able to assist me with putting an offer in within 2 weeks of looking. However where she really became most useful was helping me navigate the 3 almost 4 month closing caused by this home needing "a little TLC".
