Rose Parsons helped us immensely by selling our parents house in Clearwater during an uncertain time with the coronavirus pandemic in July 2020. She handled everything very professionally for us from start to finish. We wanted to sell as-is due to a large number of updates needed and even the carpet was badly stained. After we cleared everything out Rose came in quickly with her own decor and staged the place in a great beachy theme which really spruced the place up. We started getting offers right away after listing, some obviously from investors. Rose told us that’s to be expected and to be patient but we didn’t have to wait long. After an open house and under three weeks we received a full price offer and were able to successfully close on time. Rose is very lovely and upbeat and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing real estate assistance.

with my experience working with rose, you never have to ask her twice to get something accomplished from installing her sign in the front yard to communication on others viewing times to look at the home. definitely a super nice person and a great experience for a first time seller! thank you rose!

Kassidy came into our house we were putting up for sale, she looked everything over, went to her computer and suggested my selling price that was competitive with everyone else in the neighbor with the same product. we listed with her best move we ever made. Our home was sold in days. I really like that. And she handled all the small details that I didn’t have to deal with. Thank you, Kassidy.

Selling my Brooksville home in just 26 days was no small feat, and Kassidy French Delgadillo made it look effortless. From the moment we began working together, Kassidy proved to be the complete package—professional, proactive, and incredibly detail-oriented. She started by arranging stunning professional photos that showcased my home beautifully, followed by placing an elegant and eye-catching sign in the yard that drew immediate attention. Her marketing strategy was clearly top-tier. What truly set Kassidy apart was her seamless coordination of every step, including arranging a smooth closing with Mr. Johnathan Thompson, Vice President and Tri-County Area Manager at Fidelity National Title. The entire process was handled with precision and care. If you're looking for a real estate professional who delivers results and elevates the entire experience, Kassidy is the one to call. I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful!

Kassidy is by far the most experienced and professional realtor I have ever done business with and she is a lifesaver. My home in Madeira Beach was devastated by Hurricane Helene and I thought I would either be stuck with the house and forced to make repairs which made no sense or foreclose. Im glad I turned to Kassidy because she not only saved me from either scenario but she somehow managed to sell the home for much more than I expected. She has a large network of investors that she brought in to make it happen and got it sold in under three weeks. Kassidy is aggressive and compassionate about her work. She already helped my find my new home and we are currently under contract and I could not be happier. Kassidy went above and beyond for me and I am grateful for all her efforts. Looking forward to working with her again in the future.
