Rose Parsons helped us immensely by selling our parents house in Clearwater during an uncertain time with the coronavirus pandemic in July 2020. She handled everything very professionally for us from start to finish. We wanted to sell as-is due to a large number of updates needed and even the carpet was badly stained. After we cleared everything out Rose came in quickly with her own decor and staged the place in a great beachy theme which really spruced the place up. We started getting offers right away after listing, some obviously from investors. Rose told us that’s to be expected and to be patient but we didn’t have to wait long. After an open house and under three weeks we received a full price offer and were able to successfully close on time.
