Joel was a pleasure to work with. He took care of me like I was family. He listened to me on the phone, we toured multiple houses, and ended up making an offer on a great property. He negotiated a fair price and successfully negotiated with the seller to do all repairs (at seller’s expense), including a costly roof replacement. I also work with Joel’s mortgage team to secure a home loan and mortgage. Joel and his team were very responsive, thorough, and professional. We went from offer to close (including a new roof) in one month! I will definitely be using Joel in the future.

Working with Julie Sartain was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them, and guided us through every step of the home-buying process with clarity and confidence. Her attention to detail and constant communication made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely seamless and even enjoyable. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, we found the perfect house for our final retirement—a place we truly love and feel at home in. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this journey. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers exceptional results, Julie Sartain is the one.

“Cuando empecé a buscar mi casa, me sentía abrumada, pero el equipo de los agentes fue increíble. Me guiaron paso a paso, me dieron confianza y gracias a ellos encontré el hogar perfecto. Hoy, después de todo, estoy feliz en mi nueva casa y no podría estar más agradecida por su apoyo.gracias a Barabara Rodríguez Baez”

Lisa knows the market extremely well. She has gone beyond what a normal realtor would do. I think the world of her and I would definitely recommend her and use her again.
