As a first time home buyer, I needed an agent that I could trust to work with me and provide guidance and support. I also wanted to know my agent would aggressively have my back in negotiations. Both with the seller and me, if necessary. Rich did all that. He knows the market well, advised accordingly and his communication with and about the seller and agent was spot on! My new home is 80 this year and as such, needs repairs, updates, renovations. Rich was very knowledgeable about the condition and any concerns that we should consider and saw the potential for our future. Rich and his team were responsive, professional and incredibly supportive. I’m retired from the Entertainment/Hospitality industry, so I know Concierge service. I was guided and maneuvered through the process by a team of professionals who know their jobs well and execute with precision, grace and an attitude of service. Very well done.
