Karen has been my realtor for many years. She has helped me to both buy and sell homes/condominiums. She is very knowledgable and helpful. She goes beyond the duties of a realtor to help sell a home. She is extremely thorough and detail oriented. She taught me the value of the final walk through. I paid for a home inspection on a house I wanted and the air conditioner was working. Two weeks later as part of the final walk through we tested the AC which had stopped working in the interim. Not all realtors take the time to do that for their buyers with potentially disastrous results. She also has a great team of people who take gorgeous pictures of your property for listing as well as a mortgage broker who makes the closing easy as possible. I will definitely use the next time I buy or sell property.
