After visiting our adult son, who recently moved to the Clearwater area, we decided to look for a suitable winter home. While there are literally hundreds of communities in the greater Tampa area. finding both a setting and a home that met our expectations turned into a many month endeavor. A wonderful setting near the coast far from the hustle and bustle of typical suburban communities and near an established and interesting small community.
