We explored new and existing homes with a pretty wide budget yet found little that attracted us. On a week long visit on late March we ran across a new listing by Andjelka which turned out to be the perfect home. A wonderful setting near the coast far from the hustle and bustle of typical suburban communities and near an established and interesting small community. Andjelka made it happen in record time and terms. I must have talked to her 20 times during the entire process and she was always ready with answers. She was a pleasure to have on our side.
