I first met Betina, thank goodness, through her persistent emails with respectful follow-up calls. I finally met her when she set up a showing of a property. She seemed so sweet that I thought she won’t be aggressive enough to represent me. Boy was I wrong! Don’t let her calm demeanor, fool you. When it came to advocating for me, she was right in my corner. Betina is a strong woman. When she came to my house for the first time, she brought a team member from Compass Realty and they presented information about my home including market value, my completions in the area, with spread sheets and information about the company. She was prepared and informed before she even got to my home. That was impressive to me. I had had another realtor the day before come to my house and she couldn’t even tell me what my home could possibly be worth. She said she’d get back to me, which turned out to be several days. The choice was easy to make. This team was ready to take me to a whole new level of selling a home with ease. She was very approachable and got back to me within a quick amount of time, which I found rare to find these days. No question was insignificant to her. If she didn’t know the answer, she found out quickly and got right back to me. She was amazing. When buying and selling homes there a reasonable amount of anxiety that comes with the process. Betina continually remained calm and professional while putting me at ease. If I ever need to buy or sell again, I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!

Sherri came into our lives because of Hurricane Ian, 2022. Our home was damaged in Sarasota county and we decided to move up and inland. Sherri took the lead and asked key questions on what we wanted and looking for. As we were very raw from the disaster, Sherrie used her knowledge of the area and honed us into a rental first then into a new home. She was open and honest the whole time we were together as we ventured thru the process of literally moving into a new area. As we mentally mended from our disaster, we grew to enjoy the area and she knew so many places for us to see and visit. She gave us allot of advice on home selection. She was up to date on what the state, county and local laws along with home insurance pertaining to purchasing a home and our responsibility. She was always professional and lighthearted and sometimes when we became so frustrated from losing a home bid, she always had an uplifting saying ... more homes to see, that was not supposed to be your's. She was/is an Angel. We leaned on her to help us learn the terrain and what we wanted to enjoy in this new area. I would recommend Sherri to anyone. In fact, We did, a neighbor from Sarasota County who also was in the hurricane, decided to look in the area and Sherrie's name was given to them.. and they too have found a new home and enjoy the new area.
