About Jamison

June of 2016 was a transition year, I left the changing seasons and cold weather in Western Pennsylvania and relocated my family to the sunshine state and the beautiful rolling hills in Central Florida joining my mother and sister in selling real estate at the Trout Team. My prior experience in manufacturing was a perfect basis for selling real estate. As a machinist attention to details is paramount and selling real estate is all about the details. Listening to buyers & sellers needs and wants is one of my strengths and my past experiences in buying and selling made me want to make a transaction as smooth as possible. In my first year in real estate sales I received our local boards “Rookie of the Year” award. I also have the SRES “Senior Real Estate Specialist” designation which gives me an even better insight when working with people retiring to Central Florida. Always continuing my education to stay in the fore front of real estate trends. We go the extra mile!

Jennifer is the complete agent everyone should have…courteous, attentive and knowledgeable.

Coming from out of state, we first met Jennifer via a phone call as we were looking for someone to help us with our search for a home around The Villages, FL. Right from the start, it was very apparent that she knew her market and profession. We discussed what we were looking for, picked a date we would drive down to meet with her and the rest was easy. Jennifer had a list of homes to show us and she quickly adapted to our likes and dislikes. Within a three day span we found our perfect home and she helped us negotiate an offer that was accepted. After returning to our home, she was forever available for questions, helped us navigate the paperwork and even advised us on the community we we’re moving into. She was so attentive the whole way and even helped us with a delivery that arrived earlier than expected and secured the items. She made us feel like we were her only client and never missed a call or text. I hope to never move again but if we do, Jennifer will be our agent.
