Coming from out of state, we first met Jennifer via a phone call as we were looking for someone to help us with our search for a home around The Villages, FL. Jennifer did a great job selling a vacant lot for us. It was my father‘s lot in Belleview Florida. The lot was on land contract not in my Dad’s name, I live in Michigan I did a cold call to Jennifer, asking if she would be interested listing our property, she checked the contract and area and any information on property, she was willing to list the lot, there was an offer made on the lot.
