My house is sold! & Even though I'd never been a part of a house sale before it was seamless and easy because of Robyn and her team's expertise and helpfulness. I was going through a lot of life changes and was so stressed and scattered. Robyn was patient and kind, using her knowledge and resources to help me sell my house as-is! (Other than replacing the roof- which she took care of getting quotes for me and getting me the best price!) I am so grateful for the work she did getting my house prepared for sale, setting up showings, then negotiating the best deal for me, and being there every step of the way to answer all of my questions and even let my dog out a few times when I wasn't able to be home for appointments! Not only did I have a great experience selling my house but I made a friend for life! Robyn was an absolute godsend to me and I do not say that lightly! She was so motivated and positive during my whole selling journey. She kept me calm and level headed during the sale process and went above and beyond what she needed to do with all the unexpected odds-and-ends of selling/buying a home. Her passion for realty is so evident it is palpable-- that even the appraiser noticed she is cream of the crop! This is not just a job to her. She has an exquisite attention to detail and truly gets to know you as a client (that was evident in my surprise gift basket she brought me at the closing!). Robyn far exceeded my expectations: she was researched, knowledgable, communicative, and positive. Robyn was wonderful to work with. She was able to keep us well informed about every step of the process, while not overwhelming us with small details. My wife and I never had to take any time away from work or our children throughout the whole process, and I attribute this to Robyn's unique approach. Our house sold nearly immediately, and Robyn helped us to quell any and all issues that came up during closing. We will be using Robyn for all of our real estate needs. Robyn was amazing through the whole process. Had contract within 4 days of listing the house. She over delivered on all aspect. Robyn was amazing through the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone trying to sell his or her house. She exemplifies everything you would want in an agent: kind, courteous and professional. She told me most of her listing where selling in four days and I was skeptical. She actually did it. I recommended to her to market herself as “Robyn Four Day” You will not find a better agent to assist with the sale of your property. Robyn is as good as it gets.
