Kristen is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor who clearly knows her selling/listing area. It was apparent from the first few minutes of our meeting that she had a solid understanding of what we needed to do to sell our family member's home quickly, the price point for listing, and how the extensive upgrades to the home might not garner the original listing/selling price we had in mind. Her honesty was refreshing and very helpful! We are very thankful for a very quick sale and a smooth closing, all brought about by Kristen's guiding hand through the entire process.
