Joan is very professional and experienced in real estate. She did a market analysis and assisted us in setting a selling price. Before showing the property, she had a professional photographer take beautiful pictures of the property, including a drone shot from above. We scheduled the showing, which lasted for 3 days. There were signs posted directing potential buyers to the open house. After a very strong turnout, we received 4 offers above the asking price. We accepted the best offer and set a closing date. After a delay from the buyer due to financing, we had to do a roof repair. Because of her contacts, Joan was able to set up an expedited repair and the bank approved the financing. The process of selling a house is challenging and Joan knows her stuff. I would highly recommend using her services to anyone looking to sell their property.
