Jeanne is exceptional and truly the best, providing a top-tier, executive level of service. We were relocating from Colorado to find our forever dream home and made several trips out to look at both pre-owned homes and new construction. Jeanne was incredibly patient and even took the time to show us around so we could get to know the area. Once we decided to build, she continually went above and beyond. Because we were out of state, she regularly texted us to check in and sent updated photos of our new build construction. She even met with the inspector at the house on our behalf. Jeanne truly cares and stayed right by our side through the entire process. She is simply the best!

What do you do, when your elderly mother, who lives 4 hours away, loses her lifelong spouse and has made the tough decision to relocate near one of her children? Unless you experience this, you don't realize how stressful this is. While dealing with my mothers situation, I leaned on Jeanne to work her Magic and she hit the ground running! Not only did we need a place but it had to be in the vicinity of a supermarket. While I was away, figuring everything out the move, Jeanne was on the other end tirelessly looking and facetiming me from various locations. Once we chose a place (that we loved) it was not over. Jeanne is true professional who is meticulous, relentless, "thorough", compassionate and loving. I have recommended her to family and friends and they all walk away feeling the way we do! Jeanne I can't thank you enough for being my rock during such a difficult time, I truly treasure you. With Love, Liza.

We recently bought a beautiful house in SWFL, and we could not have done it without Jeanne Egan. From start to finish, she was absolute perfection. Jeanne knows the Florida market inside and out, and she went beyond being accommodating by constantly going out of her way for us. She was always available to answer our questions instantly and stayed one step ahead of every single detail throughout the transaction. We were out of state, but Jeanne turned what could have been a stressful process into a seamless, joyful experience, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-tier agent!
