Robert “Bobby” Louloudes served as our buyer’s agent during our purchase of a condominium in Holmes Beach Florida. In this capacity Bobby worked with us from initial contact in mid-January 2026, until eventual closing on April 24th, 2026. After initial discussions, in which we outlined in general our needs and desires for a suitable property, Bobby sent us a number of listings. As part of this process, Bobby took us to showings of approximately 10 properties, several of them on more than one occasion. I was impressed with the level of empathy and concern Bobby showed to us during this process. In effect, Bobby gave us advice on a level as though he was the one doing his own purchase. He was very frank about what the plusses and minuses were on each property we saw, and was quick to add his own opinion as to which was the best fit to our needs. He was always available for email and telephone conversations, often answering his phone immediately. His knowledge of the local area was outstanding. Our purchase process eventually involved two separate offers. In each case Bobby handled all of the required paperwork in a prompt and efficient manner. He was also very forthcoming with advice on the best strategy for getting our offers accepted. I got the impression Bobby knew several of the seller’s agents quite well. Once our winning offer was accepted, Bobby was very effective with doing the required paperwork. He referred us to excellent law, insurance, inspection, and accounting firms. As we live a long distance from Holmes Beach, Bobby served our interests at closing in our stead. An overall wonderful person to work with, I was impressed with Bobby’s honesty, integrity, and local knowledge. This transaction involved a significant portion of our life savings. I was very happy to trust Bobby with this responsibility. I would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

I remember my father introducing me to Heidi when she managed two Hidden Lake condos for my parents. He told me if anything happens to your mother and I, let Heidi handle the condos.
