Our friend referred us to Ann Wacholder last June. We flew from California and she spent a couple of days showing us the Venice area as well as surrounding towns. Although we were not quite ready to buy, we viewed quite a few homes and neighborhoods with her so that she had a good idea of the house we were looking for. She then had us put on the email contact list for any home that came on the market that fit our criteria.
