I purchased my beautiful, unique home on a pond this past December, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Liz. From beginning to end, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Liz is always three steps ahead! Before I even knew what questions to ask or realized something needed to be done, she was already handling it. She is the definition of “Johnny-on-the-spot!” And when I say she knows everyone, I mean EVERYONE! Helping us decide to build was a great move and Tyler was instrumental. He guided us through the initial purchase and building process. Introduced us to the key people at Taylor Morrison and also did a great job negotiating our price. Tyler was a wealth of knowledge in the LWR market and I am sure beyond. Kim has taken me through 4 buy and sell home experiences. She has such a broad knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate markets and makes the client's decision making so much clearer. He was very knowledgeable about the market and even knew the flood zones like the back of his hand, whenever I would text and ask a question he did not mind answering or repeating himself, you need someone like him on your side. Who is patient, kind and honest. At the end of the day I ended up with a brand newly built house, I couldn’t have asked for more.
