Lots of energy as we visited numerous houses in 2 days. We found our dream home very quickly. Bonnie was instrumental in our negotiation process and provided several excellent ideas. I'm most impressed that a month after closing I needed her to come over to my house to take some pictures for insurance purposes. She was able to do this within 24 hours!!! Overall, she absolutely went over and above in every way, from the beginning of our search to far past the closing process. She was so transparent with helping me do what was best for me. I knew I was in good hands because every turn of events she already was ahead of the game. Never wasted my time had all the facts and if she didn’t I was her priority. Did I mention how smart and kind she is? I would recommend her to anybody and that’s sitting something because I have owned 12 houses this was my 13th (lucky house.) what a GEM!
