I don't have the words to say except that aside from his consummate professionalism, his kindness and warm heartedness, he has been a friend to my mother and myself. I’ve worked with Roberta Tengerdy three times now—in 2008 when I bought my first home, then in 2022 when my wife sold her home, and again in 2025 when my wife and I sold our first home. When the Sarasota real estate market was hot, their expertise was invaluable, but when the market cooled down more recently, it became absolutely crucial. They know how to assess the true value of your home and how to advocate for you so that you get the best outcome possible. What really stands out is their honesty. They don't just tell you what you want to hear—she tells you what you need to hear. For example, they told me my yard needed fixing up before listing. It created a lot of work for me, but she was right, and it made a difference. Even more importantly, they put our interests ahead of their own when we we were selling. That kind of integrity is rare, and it showed me how trustworthy they really are. If you’re looking for agents who will work tirelessly, negotiate fiercely, and always put your interests first, I can’t recommend Roberta and Carolyn highly enough.

Lots of energy as we visited numerous houses in 2 days. We found our dream home very quickly. Bonnie was instrumental in our negotiation process and provided several excellent ideas. I'm most impressed that a month after closing I needed her to come over to my house to take some pictures for insurance purposes. She was able to do this within 24 hours!!! Overall, she absolutely went over and above in every way, from the beginning of our search to far past the closing process. I would highly recommend Bonnie to anyone who is looking for an outstanding real estate agent.
