I was out to lunch with a friend and mentioned if she knew of a good Realtor to assist me with finding a new home. She said, "Yes", Jonathan Woods. He is awesome." So I said, "Well, I have a house I would like to look at this afternoon. Let's see if he is available." She contacted Jonathan on my behalf and within the hour we were looking at the house! Jonathan is a super great communicator, very attentive to answering questions and knows the real estate market very well. Not only that he was super fun to work with and the most important thing...He is a downright good human being. When you get right down to it, Isn't life all about relationships anyway?!
