We worked in the field with Chris while Cheryl handled the administrative side. Chris understood what we were looking for and quickly adjusted to our search style. We are very quick when it comes to viewing homes and Chris knew exactly how many we could see in our visits from out of state. When we were with Chris, he focused entirely on us. He scheduled 100% of his time on our home search and was not distracted. Chris & Cheryl are on top of all the state requirements for buying a home and easily explained them to us. We felt so comfortable working with such a confident team! Chris is knowledgeable, efficient and funny. He even went so far as to accommodate for our little dog during one visit!
