We are empty nesters who were moving to the west coast of FL to be near family after living in the same East Coast FL town for 32 years. Our house of 21 years was under contract with closing scheduled in one month and we had a long weekend to either find a new home or resort to a rental property should we be unable to find a suitable home to purchase. We found a home that was WAY nicer than anything that we had considered buying and he managed to also negotiate a lower price than asking and paid closing costs which made the home affordable for us. We could NOT be happier with our new home purchase and it truly is due to Joe’s real estate knowledge and expertise as well as his care and concern for the needs of his clients that we are enjoying a new chapter on our family’s life!
