Market knowledge critical as Steve knows Waterlefe as both a realtor and resident. The community is unique as a golf and river residence, quite unique in South Western Florida.

Steve has a very direct connection style. He never leaves you hanging on in the dark. He has great market knowledge in our local area but also has great knowledge of national markets and how they affect our area. Steve’s negotiations are professional and direct. He is very intuitive and quickly identifies how you want to be communicated with. He has a great network and when he needs questions answered he can reach out to his team and network for assistance. Steve is very easy to work with and we will recommend him and his team.

I have known Steve for over 20 years and watched him grow to the best agent in the area. He was in front of every aspect of our sale.

The whole process was very smooth. Sophia and John are very knowledgeable. We will work with them again in the future.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Sophia Kramedas-Ghanayem and John Ghanayem on the sale of our condo. Their professionalism, punctuality, and consistent communication made the entire process seamless. They provided exceptional guidance and support every step of the way and was truly wonderful to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Selling our vacation home while living over a thousand miles away seemed daunting. We met with a couple of realtors in person while in Florida, and chose to sign with John and Sophia due to the ease we felt. With John's longstanding years in the business, he was able to quickly get a repair completed without delaying the listing of the house. They also had various other contractors that maintained the house when we lost our lawn care and were seeing poor results from our pool company. Sophia kept communication moving and we quickly sold the house. All of the paperwork was online and was a breeze to complete.
