Shawna and her team made a difficult situation where I was acting as Power of Attorney for a friend an easy process instead of the nightmare I was dreading. They are knowledge and I felt they were trying to do right by me and my friend in both offering guidance on which (paltry) offers to reject and which to accept. There were a couple rough spots but Shawna and Greg were able to get us smoothly through them and we closed quickly with a minimum of delay.
