Being from the Northeast and new to examining properties in Florida there was some scepticism on my part that she initially had our best interest at heart, but that immediately vanished after speaking with her and learning the knowledge she possessed in the areas we were exploring- both the pros and cons of certain areas. When we finally did make an unexpected offer (thought we woldl be looking for 6-9 months) mary helped move the process all the way thru and went above the call of duty to be at inspection and fix some of the issues immediately after small items were found to be corrected. She has provided excellent guidance throughout and after the sale to provide; shopping locales. restaurants, other professionals needed in cases of emergency or handyman.
